meet Julie

I’m not supposed to be here.

This is what various life circumstances would have me believe. But my heart and soul had other plans. In January of 2020 I had a near fatal health experience. This forced me to reevaluate my relationships in every aspect of life. As I began to heal physically I also started to recognize how impactful my emotional connections were to my overall well being. Turns out dis-ease causes disease. Many of us ignore signs our bodies give us, and most of us are experiencing some sort of subconscious suffering. I’ve spent the last years studying and embracing what can happen when we truly listen to our bodies. And conversely, the serious repercussions of what can happen if we don’t. A healthy relationship with ourselves is the critical basis of every single thing we do.

Sound meditation has influenced my life in ways I could never have anticipated. And I feel compelled to share these experiences with others. Sound is everywhere because everything is composed of vibrating cells. It goes to the core of our being. It takes courage, compassion, patience, forgiveness and practice to see real change in ourselves and the environment around us. Contrary to what society tells us, practice does NOT make perfect. Practice makes PROGRESS.

In addition to being a certified practitioner for integrative sound healing and restorative yoga, I am an entrepreneur, speaker and women’s heart health advocate. After 20 plus years in marketing, years of domestic and international relocation and surviving a heart attack, I have completely shifted my life. I believe our overall well being is an ongoing practice between mind, body, spirit and nature. It is a privilege and a responsibility to be alive. I would be honored to support you.
